Bailey begins his second season as the video coordinator and cornerbacks coach at Gannon in 2015. During his first season at Gannon, the Golden Knights captured a share of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division regular-season title with a 9-2 overall record and 7-2 conference slate. Â In addition to coaching the cornerbacks, his duties included scouting reports, recruiting videos and breaking down film for coaches and student-athletes.
The North East, Pa., native began his coaching career as an assistant for North East (Pa.) High School from 2010-13. Bailey served as the defensive backs and quarterbacks coach, creating practice plans for both sides of the ball. He also helped generate scouting reports and assisted with the student-athletes’ film study.
Bailey graduated from Penn State Behrend in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
