Jones capped his playing days with a stellar senior campaign, finishing as the program’s fourth-leading tackler in 2012. Prior to playing at Gannon, Jones helped Strong Vincent (Pa.) High School qualify for the District 10 playoffs as a junior and senior. He earned all-region accolades and was named to the City All-Star team after recording 90 tackles, three forced fumbles, 10 pass break-ups and two interceptions as a senior.

Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Gannon in 2013 and is currently working on a master’s degree in communications at Edinboro University.
