Malone is expected to compete at the back position for the fourth consecutive season in 2017.

2016: Competed at the back position … was part of a Gannon program that finish fifth in the co-ed division at the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) Collegiate Cheer and Dance National Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida … helped the all-girl squad barely missed a berth in the finals after finishing second in the Challenge Cup.

2015: Participated in the back … helped Gannon advance to the All-Girl Division II finals at the NCA Collegiate National Championship in Daytona Beach, Florida, before finishing sixth in the nation.

2014: Competed at the back position … helped Gannon advance to the finals of the NCA Collegiate National Championships, before concluding its inaugural campaign eighth in the nation.

High School: Cheered for head coach Taryn Newton at Farmington (Mich.) High School … helped Farmington finish first at the Oakland County Division 2 competition and second at the district event … was part of a team that advanced to the MHSAA regional competition for the first time in years … served as a captain for the competitive and sideline cheer varsity teams … graduated with high honors … was a member of the National Honor Society … served as the President of the Student Council … received four academic letters.

Personal: Psychology major … is the daughter of Pattie … serves as a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority and Transforming Residents Abroad Via Engaged Learning (T.R.A.V.E.L.) program at Gannon.
