2024: Played in 43 games with 42 starts mainly in center field … hit .270 with 37 hits in 137 at bats … scored 23 runs and drove in 22 runs … had five doubles and a home run along with five stolen bases …was tied for second on the team in RBIs and third in runs and hits … had seven multiple-hit games, including a 3-for-4 effort with two runs at California (Pa.) (4/5/24) and 3-for-4 with 2 RBIs at Ashland (4/23/24) … drove in four runs against Mercyhurst (4/15/24), going 2-for-4 with his first career home run … the homer was a game-winner as he hit a walk-off grand slam in the bottom of the seventh inning to cap an eight-run rally as Gannon won 10-8 … stole three bases and scored three runs at Fairmont State (3/20/24).Â
2023: Appeared in 17 games with 11 starts … hit .289 with 11 hits in 38 at bats … scored three runs and drove in five … had three doubles and a triple along with a stolen base … had three multiple-hit games … went 3-for-4 with a double and a triple vs, Findlay (2/26/23) … also had three hits in five at bats with two runs at Findlay (3/3/23) … drove in three runs in previous game vs. Findlay (2/27/23), going 2-for-5 with a double.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Josh Constable at Cathedral Prep … was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starter for the Ramblers, seeing time both in the infield and the outfield … Prep went 21-3 and won the District 10 championship his senior year … hit .424 with 25 hits and 42 runs … had seven doubles and three triples while stealing 17 bases … earned first team All-Region 5 and All-District 10 honors … Ramblers were 20-5 in 2021 … led the team with 15 stolen bases as a junior. Â
PERSONAL: Finance major with a minor in Supply Chain … son of Angela and James Colvin … has one brother, Jimmy, who played baseball at Gannon.
