INSURANCE VERIFICATION – DOMESTIC STUDENTS
Gannon student-athletes are required to have primary insurance coverage that meets the standards set forth by the University in order to compete in intercollegiate athletics. In order to confirm this, all student-athletes should have received an e-mail from the team at Gallagher Student Health earlier today. All domestic student-athletes
must log in and submit the initial information for the insurance verification process detailed in the Gallagher Student Health e-mail by
July 17. Any student-athlete whose insurance is denied and needs to have an appeal or submit additional documentation will not be immediately enrolled without further communication from the athletics training staff.
Please do not contact the cashier’s office or Gallagher Student Health regarding this process. All inquiries should be directed to the Gannon athletics training staff via e-mail at
athletictraining@gannon.edu.

Please note all international student-athletes
can disregard this e-mail from Gallagher Student Health. Per University policy, all international students are automatically enrolled in the student health insurance which is reflected on your student bill. Due to this policy,
there is no need to submit your insurance information to Gallagher Student Health.
