ATHLETICS MEDIA RELATIONS FORM – FRESHMEN AND TRANSFERS
In an effort to maximize publicity efforts for you as a student-athlete and for your team, all freshmen and incoming transfers should complete their Gannon Athletics Media Relations questionnaire by
July 10. You should have already received an e-mail from your coaching staff that includes the link to your questionnaire. If you didn’t receive that e-mail, please reach out to your coach or Director of Athletics Media Relations David Rung at
rung001@gannon.edu. Please allow yourself enough time to complete the questionnaire honestly, thoughtfully and completely. Solid publicity for you and your team begins with the information provided in this questionnaire.
Please note your name can’t be used in any fashion (including being listed on the roster) without completing this questionnaire and providing your electronic signature to authorize release of the information.
