ATHLETIC TRAINING PAPERWORK – FRESHMEN AND TRANSFERS
All freshmen and incoming transfers
must complete their athletic training medical paperwork by
July 10. The site to submit the necessary information can be found at
http://gannon2.atsusers.com. Please visit
http://www.gannonsports.com/ATSnewcomers for complete step-by-step instructions that will help guide you through the process. It is extremely important to use these instructions as you progress through the appropriate steps. Students should set aside 60 minutes to complete the process. Please have your seven-digit student ID number and health insurance cards available before starting the process. In addition, the system will not function properly with the Internet Explorer browser and an actual computer must be used. Failure to complete this process by the appropriate deadline will result in a delay in your sport participation.
