2008 Fall A Team - Diana Rocco
Membership in the Golden Knight’s “A” Team represents the very best in intercollegiate athletics. Thirty-three students have qualified by achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA during the most recently completed semester. Gannon’s 347 student-athletes earned a cumulative GPA of 3.22 this past fall semester.
Diana Rocco, a freshman Physician Assistant major, earned a 4.0 GPA during her first semester at Gannon. She is a diver for the women’s swimming team.
“I like doing a college sport because it forces you to have good time management, and you get to travel and do fun things with your teammates,” Rocco said. “It also encourages you to excel to your full potential and do well. I hope that this year I can make it to the finals at nationals.”
Rocco is also involved in GUSPAS, a club for physician assistant majors.
