2023: Appeared in 19 games with nine starts … hit .324 with 11 hits in 34 at bats … had a home run and a double and drove in 12 runs … had three multiple-hit games and three multiple-RBI games, including a 2-for-5 effort with 5 RBIs at Tiffin (3/3/23) … had a three-run homer and a two-run single … added 2 RBIs vs. Ashland (3/28/23) and California (Pa.) (4/1/23).

AT NORTHWOOD: Played for the Timberwolves in 2021 and attended Northwood for two years … was on the President’s List two times.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Matt Weber at Boylan Central Catholic High School in Loves Park, Ill. … a three-year starter … also played basketball in high school … a member of the National Honor Society and was a three-time NIC-10 Conference Scholar-Athlete.

PERSONAL: Sports Management major … son of Doreen and Michael Kerestes … has three brothers (Jason, Matthew and John) … and one sister, Ashley, who was a standout on the Gannon volleyball team.
