2018: Appeared in seven races this season... opened the year with a 70th (31:29) place finish at the Bethany Invitational... recorded a career-best 8k time of 29:26 at the Lehigh Invitational... earned his best finish of the season in the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational of 17th with a time of 31:01.7... placed 249th (29:59) at the DII Pre-National Race... earned a 98th (31:02) place finish at the PSAC Championships... recorded a career-best 10k finish of 103rd (40:32) at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional.

2017: Named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete ... received the NCAA Division II Athletics Directors Association (ADA) Academic Achievement Award.

2016: Named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Ran for head coach Mary-Beth Acker at Wilmington Area (Pa.) High School … was a two-time Lawrence County Elite 8 selection … named to the all-region second team as a senior … was a two-sport athlete, serving as a team captain for both cross country and track and field … lettered four times each in both sports … qualified for the district track and field championships in the 3200-meter and 4x800 meter relay … was a district medalist in the 4x800 meter relay … helped Wilmington Area win the track and field regional championship as a senior.
