2016-17: Competed at 174 as a true freshman … earned a 10-8 sudden victory against Thomas Butler-Guerrero of Ancilla during his first career match at the Findlay Open … added a win against Lake Erie’s Seth Petarra at the Mount Union Open … placed third at the Jamestown Jayhawk Open with a 3-1 record … advanced to the third-place bout with a 7-2 victory against Mark Anthony Perez of NCAA Division I Edinboro, before disposing of Jamestown Community College’s Will Marcil 7-2.

High School: Wrestled for head coaches Jeremy Fox and Tom Cartwright at Clover Hill (Va.) High School … was a two-time conference champion … named Conference Wrestler of the Year as a senior … finished third at the regional championships and fourth at the state championships, helping Clover Hill record the same finishes in the team standings … placed third at the Central Virginia Classic … named to the honor roll as a junior and senior.

Personal: Industrial Engineering major … is the son of Shonda and Jeffery … has two brothers.
