2016-17: Competed six times at 174 … named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete … began the season by splitting four matches at the Mount Union Invitational … posted a 7-3 victory against Ohio Northern’s Clayton Davidson during his first bout, before later pinning Mount Union’s Austin Brooks in 74 seconds … also wrestled at the Lake Erie Open.
2015-16: Wrestled at 165 and 174 … opened the season by splitting four matches at the Mount Union Invitational … finished sixth at the Thunderwolf Open, kicking off the event with pins of Muskegon’s David Wysong (2:15) and UMBC’s Nathan Eschback (2:50) … added his final victory during the first bout of the Mount Union Open, posting a 15-5 major decision against Mercyhurst’s Adisa Branch.
2014-15: Competed in 21 matches at 174 as a true freshman … earned his first career victory with a pin of Ashland’s Seth Brock in 90 seconds at the Mercyhurst Open … added wins at the Mount Union Invitational, Ashland Open, Cleveland State Open and Jamestown Jayhawk Open … recorded his second pin against Mount St. Joseph’s Jake Layne in two minutes even at the Cleveland State Open … produced his victory at the Ashland Open with an 11-3 major decision of Baldwin Wallace’s James Ritchie … split four matches at the Purple Raider Open.
High School: Wrestled for head coach Barry Anderson at Meadville (Pa.) High School … was a four-year letterwinner … named to the all-district second team … finished fourth at the District 10 Championships … qualified for the Northwest Regional … placed fourth and fifth in back-to-back appearances at the Tool City Tournament … won 64 matches during his high school career … helped Meadville place fourth at the district team championships as a junior … was part of a Meadville team that finished fourth at the District 10 Dual Championships … graduated from Crawford County Career and Technical Center with an Advanced Technical Award from the welding program … was a member of the honor roll every year.
