2023:  Played in all 11 games, starting the final eight games at linebacker … finished with 40 tackles, 18 solo … had 3.5 TFL for minus 23 yards and had a pair of sacks … had a forced fumble … posted a season-high nine tackles vs. Edinboro (10/7/23), with four solo … had two TFL, including a sack, and forced a fumble … totaled seven tackles with a pair of quarterback hurries vs. California (Pa.) (11/4/23) along with six stops vs. Slippery Rock (10/14/23).

2022:  Redshirted.

High School: Played for head coach Jason Simmons at Ben Davis High School along with fellow Gannon freshmen Donell Mason and Myron Green … the Giants finished at 7-6 but reached the semifinals of the IHSAA Class 6A state championships, losing to eventual state champion Central Grove … played in the Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference, reputed to be the toughest football conference in the Hoosier State … was an IFCA Class 6A All-State selection and earned honorable mention All-Marion County accolades … also an IFCA Academic All-State honoree … finished with 114 tackles, 97 solo, with 6 TFL, 5 sacks and 17 hurries … had 2 interceptions for 37 yards … as a junior, had 99 total tackles, 72 solo, with 11 TFL, 7 sacks, 13 hurries, 2 fumbles caused and an interception as Ben Davis once again reached the state semifinals before losing to eventual state champion Center Grove in the Class 6A state semifinals … team finished at 7-6 … in 2019, the Giants posted an 8-5 record, again losing to Center Grove in the state semifinals … also competed in track.

Personal: Business major … son of Nicole and Keoke Toomer … has three sisters (Kaleah, who is at the Univ. of Indianapolis, Ashantee, and Koi) and two brothers (Keontay and Makhi).
