2025: One of the most remarkable careers in Gannon men's soccer history was capped with an incredible senior season … led NCAA Division II with 17 goals and ranked among the national leaders with 12 assists and 46 points … earned D2CCA Ron Lenz Division II National Player of the Year honors and was named a D2CCA First Team All-American … also earned United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-America honors … was named the D2CCA Atlantic Region Player of the Year for a second consecutive season while also earning D2CCA All-Atlantic Region First Team recognition … marked his fourth career Atlantic Region honor after earning First Team accolades in 2023 and 2024 and Second Team honors in 2022 … led the Golden Knights in goals (17), assists (12), and points (46) while adding four game-winning goals … helped lead Gannon to its first-ever PSAC Championship and an NCAA Division II Elite Eight appearance … scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 NCAA Tournament victory over Bentley before opening the scoring in a 2-1 win over Franklin Pierce that sent the Golden Knights to the Elite Eight … was named the D2 CIDA Men's Soccer National Player of the Week (10/28/25) and PSAC West Athlete of the Week (10/27/25) … concluded his career ranked second in program history in assists (46) and seventh in career points (116).
 

2024: Orten had an exceptional 2024 season for the Gannon University men’s soccer program... earning numerous accolades for his performance both on the field and in the classroom... He was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Year... becoming the fifth Golden Knight to receive this honor... joining the ranks of Tinashe Katsande (2023)... Alex Lee Yaw (2019)... Sean Pike (2012)... and Afrim Latifi (2010)... Orten also earned First Team honors from both the D2CCA and United Soccer Coaches... and was recognized as the D2CCA Atlantic Region Player of the Year... This marks Orten’s third time being honored as an Atlantic Region player... having previously earned First Team honors in 2023... and Second Team honors in 2022...He led the Golden Knights with 32 points... scoring nine goals and a team-high 14 assists... He topped the PSAC in both points and assists... while ranking fourth in goals... Nationally... he ranked third in Division II for total assists... and tied for fourth in assists per game... Orten also recorded three game-winning goals... bringing his career totals to 18 goals and 34 assists for 70 points...Academically... Orten was named the United Soccer Coaches National Scholar Player of the Year... and earned spots on the CSC Academic All-America Second Team... and the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America First Team... He was also selected for the PSAC Fall Top 10... showcasing his excellence both on and off the field...Season highlights for Orten included five shots against Pitt-Johnstown on October 19... four shots on goal versus California (PA) on October 16... two goals against Slippery Rock on October 23... and three assists during the match against California (PA) on October 16... He played a season-high 88 minutes in the NCAA Tournament match against West Chester on November 15...Orten’s contributions were instrumental in Gannon’s successful season... which culminated in a 14-4-3 record... and an appearance in the NCAA Division II Tournament... where the Golden Knights narrowly lost 3-2 in overtime to the two-time defending national champions... Franklin Pierce... Orten started and played in all 21 matches...

2023: Played in 19 matches with 17 starts, missing the NCAA playoff run due to an injury … earned first team All-PSAC West honors for the second straight year and was also a D2CCA All-Atlantic Region selection for the second year, moving up to the first team … was also named to the CSC Academic All-District® Team … chosen the PSAC West Athlete of the Week twice … finished fourth on the team in scoring with 21 points, totaling four goals and 13 assists … ranked fourth in Division II in assists per game and tied for fourth in assists … led Gannon to a 7-1 win over Slippery Rock (10/11/23) with two goals and two assists for six points … had a goal and two assists vs. Pitt-Johnstown (11/3/23) and recorded a career-high three assists in earlier meeting with UPJ (10/14/23) … had a pair of assists vs. Daemen (9/13/23).

2022: Appeared in 20 matches (started in 15) ... Logged 1307 minutes (fifth on the team) ... Finished freshman campaign with five goals (tied for third on team) ... Dished out a team-high seven assists and finished second on the team in points with 17 ... Netted first collegiate goal in 3-2 season opener against Georgian Court (8/26/22) ... Scored a season-high two goals and fired a season-high eight shots (four on target) in 5-0 dominating win over Pitt.-Johnstown (9/28/22) ... Dished out season-high two assists to help propel the Golden Knights to a 7-1 win over Cal U (10/1/22) ... Named to PSAC West All-Conference First Team and D2CCA All-Atlantic Region Second Team.
