LOCK HAVEN, PA - Gannon junior Cloe Mateo (Sabadell, Spain/Montcau la Mola) has been named the PSAC Women's Golf Athlete of the Week, it was announced Wednesday by the conference.

Mateo was both consistent and persistent at the Vulcan Fire Classic on Monday and Tuesday. The junior was the top individual finisher at 13-over par, including a round of three-over 75  on Tuesday. It's her first win and fifth top five finish of the 2025-26 campaign. 

Gannon also took home the team title at the Vulcan Fire Classic in Washington, PA.
