CLARION, Pa. – No. 5 Gannon built a 64–35 halftime lead and never looked back, cruising to a 124–73 PSAC West victory over Clarion Wednesday night at Tippin Gymnasium. The Golden Knights shot 60.0 percent in the first half and continued to pull away after the break to secure the road win.

Gannon finished the game shooting 59.0 percent from the field and a perfect 22-for-22 at the free-throw line. The Golden Knights forced 24 turnovers and turned defense into offense throughout, recording 41 fast-break points and 62 points off the bench.

Lucas Sekasi (Washington, DC/Jackson-Reed) led all GU scorers with 24 points, while seven players were in double figures in the win. 

This is the third straight game in which Gannon has put up 60 points or more in the first half and 100 or more for the game.
