Pace Prosser (Berlin, Pa./Berlin Brothersvalley) of the No. 6 Gannon University men's basketball team has been named the PSAC Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week, helping guide the Golden Knights to a 2–0 PSAC record and improve to 22–2 overall and 15–1 in PSAC action, as announced by the conference on Monday.

The sophomore guard delivered a standout performance during the week, highlighted by tying a season-high with 28 points in a road victory at Seton Hill. He shot 11-for-18 from the field, knocked down three three-pointers, and went a perfect 4-for-4 at the free-throw line, leading all scorers in the win.

Over two games, Prosser averaged 27.0 points per game, shooting 61.3% from the floor, 52.6% from three-point range, and 100% from the foul line. He also added 5.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per contest, continuing to serve as a catalyst on both ends of the floor.

The honor adds to an impressive season for Prosser, who was recently named a Top 50 finalist for the Bevo Francis Award, recognizing the nation's top small-college basketball players across NCAA Division II, Division III, NAIA, and junior college levels.

Gannon returns to action on Wednesday, February 18, hosting Slippery Rock at 7:30 p.m. inside the Highmark Events Center.
