INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The NCAA has released its initial set of Division II Women's Volleyball Atlantic Region rankings. The first release lists teams in alphabetical order, with Gannon among the programs included.
The Atlantic Region group features seven PSAC schools (East Stroudsburg, Gannon, Indiana (Pa.), Pitt-Johnstown, Seton Hill, Shepherd, and Shippensburg), along with three Mountain East Conference teams (Concord, Fairmont State, and Wheeling).
Gannon enters the week with a 19-5 overall record and sits at 10-0 in PSAC West play. The Golden Knights clinched the No. 1 seed in the PSAC West last week following a road sweep at IUP.
Gannon will travel to Seton Hill on Friday, November 7 at 7:00 p.m., before continuing the trip at California (Pa.) on Saturday, November 8 at 1:00 p.m. to close out their travel schedule.
The NCAA will release two additional sets of Atlantic Region rankings on Wednesday, November 12 and Wednesday, November 19.
