No. 7 Women’s Soccer Erupts for Five First-Half Goals to Stay Unbeaten

The No. 7 Gannon women's soccer team closed out the first round of PSAC West action with authority, erupting for five first-half goals in a 7–2 road victory over Clarion on Wednesday evening.

Ella Fadale (Brockport, N.Y./Brockport) and Maddie Miller (Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) each found the net twice to lead a balanced attack that saw five different goal scorers for the Golden Knights.

With the win, Gannon improved to 9-0-1 overall and 6-0-1 in PSAC West play, while Clarion dropped to 2-7-1 overall and 2-4-1 in league action, respectively.
