LEXINGTON, KY. – Gannon volleyball is slotted No. 22 in the first American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25 Poll, announced on Wednesday afternoon.

Gannon, who was picked No. 23 in the AVCA Top 25 Preseason Poll, posted a 30-7 overall mark in 2019 and advanced to the NCAA Elite Eight for the fifth time in program history. The Golden Knights finished the season ranked No. 23 in the final AVCA Top 25 Coaches Poll before the 2020 season was delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

Gannon will open the 2021 spring season hosting No. 2 Hillsdale at Hammermill Center on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. The match will feature live statistics and will be streamed. No fans will be permitted.
