GAME NOTES
- Gannon Volleyball has a 26-5 record this season under head coach Matt Darling. It's the ninth consecutive season the Lady Knights have reached the 20-win plateau, qualifying for the NCAA tournament each of the last eight and looking for the ninth this season.
- The Lady Knights captured their second PSAC Championship last season with a run through the PSAC tournament that included victories over West Chester, California (Pa.) and Pitt-Johnstown.
- Gannon is the top blocking team in the conference, averaging 2.46 blocks per set.
- Ashley Kerestes (Loves Park, Ill./Rockford Lutheran) is the PSAC leader in blocks, averaging 1.30 per set. She also ranks inside the top 10 in hitting percentage. The freshman is hitting at a .307 clip on the season.
- Gannon's Kelsey Ansec (Solon, Ohio/Solon) is among the top hitters in the conference, collecting 314 kills and averaging 3.61 kills/set.
- The Lady Knights rank second in the conference with a .220 hitting percentage, while also owning the second-best opponents hitting percentage. Gannon is holding opponents' hitters to just a .120 percentage on the court.
- Gannon has a veteran-laden team with seven seniors on the roster. Those seniors hold a 103-27 record through four seasons, winning 79 percent of their matches.
