The Short Story: The Gannon men's soccer team fell to Lock Haven, 2-1, in a Pennyslvania State Athletic Conference match Saturday afternoon in Lock Haven.
GAMEDAY MEDIA CENTERBox Score: Click HereHOW IT HAPPENED- Gannon struck first with a goal by sophomore Ted Martin (North East, Pa./Cathedral Prep) who was on the receiving end of a pass from junior Sergio Kobowane (Johannesburg, South Africa/King Edward VII) and chipped the ball in over the keeper in the eighth minute.
- Lock Haven responded with a goal in the 15th minute, as Tyler Sablyak headed the ball beating goalie Jorge Hernandez (Atvidaberg, Ostergotland (Sweden) / Bildningscentrum Facetten).
- The Bald Eagles scored the game-winning goal in the 64th minute as Jacob Oldaker has a breakaway and finds the back of the net and secured the 2-1 victory.
GAME NOTES- Gannon outshot Lock Haven 13-8 with five of those shots being on goal.
- The Golden Knights had eight corner kicks, seven coming in the second half.
