ERIE, Pa. – The Gannon-Pitt-Johnstown Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) softball doubleheader scheduled for March 17, at GU Field has been postponed. The combination of rain and falling temperatures has left the field conditions unplayable. A rescheduled date for the doubleheader has yet to be determined.
 
Gannon owns a 6-5 overall record this season following a week-long stretch to open the month of March at the National Training Center in Clermont, Fla. The Lady Knights posted a 5-1 mark against NCAA Atlantic Region competition.
 
Gannon will now open its conference slate on the road at Indiana (Pa.) in doubleheader action March 20. The twinbill is set to open at 2:30 p.m.
