The Short Story: The Clarion women's volleyball team hit .243, while Gannon committed 16 attack errors as the Golden Eagles swept the Lady Knights in straight sets Friday evening for the second time this season in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division match in Clarion, Pa.

- The Golden Eagles only extended their lead further 20-11, despite a five point from the Lady Knights; Clarion took the first set 25-19.
- Trailing 7-1 in the second set, Gannon called a timeout in hopes of slowing Clarions momentum down. The Lady Knights came out from the huddle and recorded 3 points to trail 4-9.
- Gannon chipped away at Clarions lead going on a small run to only trail by three points, 13-10.
