The Short Story:Â Â The Gannon women's volleyball team snapped a three-match losing streak, defeating Seton Hill, 3-1, Saturday afternoon in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division match in Greensburg, Pa.

Click HereHOW IT HAPPENED:- Gannon led 12-9 in the first set, before Seton Hill tied the match at 15-15 off an attack error by Lynne Hibbard (West Barnstable, Mass./Barnstable).
- The Lady Knights took back the lead going on a 4-1 run, 19-16.
- The Griffins pulled within one, 19-18, but with back-to-back kills from Hannah Kren (Waukesha, Wis./Wisconsin Lutheran) extended Gannon's lead 21-19.
- Seton Hill recorded three consecutive points taking a 23-22 lead over Gannon.
- The Griffins took the first set, 26-24, off an attack error by Kelsey Ansec (Solon, Ohio/Solon).
- The second saw seven set ties, before Seton Hill took a 12-10 lead.
- Gannon went on a 6-2 run to lead the set 16-14, as Seton Hill called a timeout.
- The Griffins came out of the timeout tallying four consecutive points taking an 18-16 lead over Gannon.
- The Lady Knights tied the set at 18-18, before the set went back-and-forth and Gannon came out with the 27-25 victory. Kren recorded two kills, while Ansec and Lauren Beck (Chardon, Ohio/Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin) each tallied a kill.
- Gannon took a 12-8 lead in the third set, but Seton Hill responded recording three consecutive points pulling within one of the Lady Knights.
- The Lady Knights tallied three consecutive points to extend their lead 15-11, Seton Hill got as close as one point, 18-17, before Gannon closed out the set on a 7-1 run, 25-18.
- Gannon trailed Seton 0-3 in the fourth set, before going on a 6-0 run, which saw Kayla Knickerbocker (Richland, Mich./Gull Lake) recorded two kills and a block assist in the run.
- The Lady Knights never took their foot off the pedal in the fourth set, extending their lead 15-8, before the final kill from Kren to close the set and the match 25-18.
- Kren recorded a match-high 26 kills and only tallied five errors through four sets.
- Morgan Walters (Girard, Ohio/Girard) tallied a match-high 59 assists. Â
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:Lynne Hibbard is now tied for ninth all-time in career block assists with 246, and ranked seventh all-time for total blocks with 278 through 317 sets.
