Kreinbucher, a junior from Butler, Pa., was a standout in both Dance Team Performance and Hip-Hop this weekend, with both finishing in first place. Head coach Kerri Makay was incredibly impressed with Kreinbucher’s effort. “She not only displayed strength and athleticism in her performance during our season opener, she also proved to be a calming voice for the teams,” said Makay. “She was encouraging and helped keep the nerves of the first competition at bay. She focused her energy on helping to boost the confidence and certainty of her teammates, ultimately leading to her playing an integral role in our first-place finish over a very talented and experienced dance team from Point Park University.”
