This week during the 2022 Division II NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships in Greensboro, N.C., Taraska turned in a 39th place finish in the 50 freestyle on Wednesday, finished 16th in the 200 freestyle on Thursday, took 27th place on Friday in the 100 breaststroke, and wrapped up the week with a 36th place finish in the 100 free. Her performance in Thursday's 200 free resulted in a second team All-American accolade, the first for Gannon women’s swimming since 1997 and Taraska became only the third woman in program history to earn an individual All-American honor.
