Silvija Taraska excelled at last week’s 2022 PSAC Swimming Championships, setting two school records (in the 50 freestyle and 100 breaststroke), earning All-PSAC honors with third-place finishes in the 100 and 200 freestyle, and also swimming in three relay events. Both of her new records (23.56 in the 50 free and 1:03.53) came in morning sessions during the prelims. Those times, as well as her best 100 free (51.35) and 200 free (1:51.13) times, were all NCAA “B” cuts.
