Moccia, a freshman from Bel Air, Md., won the 109-pound bracket at last weekends Bearcat Open at McKendree University—upsetting sixth-ranked Natalie Reyna from McKendree with a fall in just 1:38 in the finals. Moccia improved her season record to 17-6 with nine falls and four technical falls and has placed in four total events during the 2021-2022 season.
