Nixon, a senior from Buffalo, N.Y., improved his 2021-22 season record to 16-1 at heavyweight with a pair of victories at last weekend’s Shippensburg Duals—a fall in just 23 seconds over the Raiders’ Dan Schieb (his third fall of the season) and a 4-1 decision over Belmont Abbey’s Justin Wright. Nixon now has earned 67 victories in his career.
