Helm, a junior from Vancouver, Wash., helped contribute to Gannon’s 4-0 weekend at Tiffin University’s Dragon Duals, where the Golden Knights won three dual meets against teams ranked above them in the latest NWCA National Dual Meet Poll (33-14 over No. 9 Adrian College, 42-5 over No. 7 Schreiner University, and 27-19 over No. 5 Tiffin.)

She leads the Knights with 18 victories—including seven falls and six technical falls— and is ranked No. 7 at 170 pounds in the latest NWCA Women’s Wrestling Coaches’ Rankings.
