Ashley Kerestes totaled 41 kills during last week’s NCAA Atlantic Regional tournament, including notching her 1,000^th career kill during Saturday’s championship match versus Wheeling. In addition to her offensive output, Kerestes added one solo block and sixteen block assists to help with the team’s stellar defensive efforts. The Golden Knights’ 3-0 win in the title match now advances them to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight for the sixth time in program history, including the third time in the last four NCAA Tournaments (2017, 2019, 2021).
