Senior Meredith Morse (Rochester, N.Y/Pittsford Sutherland) once again led the Gannon University women’s cross country team, individually finishing in third place in Saturday’s Bill Lennox Invitational in Slippery Rock, Pa. with a time of 23:11 on the 6k course. Morse has been the Knights’ top runner in each race she has ran this fall, including at the Race in the Park (5k in 19:09, first place), the National Catholic Invitational (5k in 19:23.4, 32^nd place), and the Doug Watts Open (6k in 23:20, fourth place.)
