Colbert helped the Gannon men's golf team recorded its best finish of the spring season last weekend as the Golden Knights placed fourth out of 15 teams at the rain-shortened Cecil C. Spadafora Golf Invitational hosted by Indiana (Pa.). Originally scheduled for 36 holes, the invitational was shortened to one round after rain canceled the final 18 holes. Colbert placed fourth out of 91 golfers with an 18-hole total of 73, finishing two-over-par. The junior tied his career-best marks in both 18-hole score and tournament finish. He finished only three strokes behind the eventual medalist.
