Miraud led the Gannon men's basketball team to a perfect 2-0 week with victories against Mercyhurst (61-52) and Millersville (86-60). The senior forward averaged 13.5 points, six rebounds, 2.5 assists, one block and one steal during the week. He shot 75 percent (9-12) from the field and 69.2 percent (9-13) from the free throw line. Miraud began the week by receiving the Porreco Pride of Erie Game Changer Award given to the student-athlete who had the most impact on the outcome of the Gannon-Mercyhurst game. He produced 14 points, eight rebounds and four assists against the Lakers. Miraud followed with 13 points and four rebounds against Millersville. He was perfect from the field (5-5) and free throw line (3-3) against the Marauders. Miraud scored the first five points of a 9-0 run during the early portion of the second half that put the game away. He has reached double digits in scoring in three consecutive games and nine times this season. Miraud leads Gannon in field goal percentage (64.7), assists (54), steals (29) and blocks (13) through 18 games.
