Rourke led the Gannon women's basketball team in scoring during its only action of the week last Saturday at No. 13 Virginia Union. The sophomore guard poured in a season-high 17 points against the Panthers in addition to three assists and two rebounds. She finished 3-of-7 from three-point range and perfect in four free throw attempts. Rourke hit a pair of triples during the final two minutes of the first half, pulling the Lady Knights within 30-28 at the time. She had a consistent afternoon with eight points during the first half and nine more during the second half. Rourke fell one point shy of her career-high. She has reached double digits in scoring during five of six games this season. Rourke ranks second among Lady Knights in scoring (11.8) and three-pointers (8) through six contests.
