Barto led the Gannon men's golf team to a ninth-place finish last weekend at the BrownGolf Intercollegiate Golf Invitational in Whispering Pines, North Carolina. The junior tied for 12th place out of 89 golfers with a two-day total of 151. He began the weekend with a 77 during the first round, before shaving off three strokes for a 74 during the final 18 holes. Barto now has five top-20, three top-10 and one top-five finishes this season.
