Rehrer was named Rookie of the Year at last weekend's Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division II Championships hosted by Salem International. The true freshman averaged 18.5 saves, four steals and 1.5 assists during two matches at the event. He was unbelievable in the semifinals, making 20 saves during a 17-9 victory against Salem International. In addition to four steals and two assists, Rehrer also scored a goal against the Tigers. He then recorded 17 saves, four steals and one assist against Mercyhurst in the finals.
