Walters helped the Gannon women's volleyball team win two of three matches last week. The Lady Knights began the week with a 3-2 victory against rival Mercyhurst, before splitting a weekend road trip at Edinboro (L 3-0) and Slippery Rock (W 3-2). Walters averaged 7.62 assists, 2.23 digs and 0.69 service aces in 13 sets. The senior setter recorded her sixth double-double with 32 assists, 16 digs and four service aces against Mercyhurst. She concluded the weekend with another double-double, dishing out a career-high 54 assists and recording 10 digs. Walters also had a season-high five service aces against the Rock. Walters has reached double digits in digs eight times and assists in all 18 matches this season. She has fired multiple service aces in a match 11 times.
