Fedorchenko helped the Gannon men's swim team finish fifth out of nine teams at the Mid-Season Invitational hosted by Wooster last weekend. The junior recorded three NCAA "B" cut times, eight Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) qualifying times and two first-place performances. He captured individual gold with NCAA "B" cut times in the 400-yard IM (4:00.21) and the 500-yard freestyle (4:34.53). Fedorchenko met national standards for the third time in the 200-yard freestyle as the lead swimmer in the 800-yard freestyle relay. In addition to posting PSAC-qualifying times during the prelims and finals of the 400-yard IM and 500-yard freestyle events, Fedorchenko met conference marks during the prelims and finals of the 200-yard butterfly where he finished third with a time of one minute and 52.92 seconds. Two PSAC-qualifying times were met in the 100-yard freestyle during the 400-yard freestyle relay and the 200-yard freestyle during the 800-yard freestyle relay. He was the lead swimmer in both relays. His 800-yard freestyle relay team finished second with a time of six minutes and 52.04 seconds.
