Berchtold nearly produced a triple-double while playing all 40 minutes during a 94-77 victory against Glenville State last Saturday at the Hammermill Center. The season opener pitted a pair of nationally-ranked women's basketball teams with Gannon sitting at No. 13 in the USA Today Sports Top 25 Poll and Glenville State checking in at No. 19. Berchtold totaled 10 points, nine rebounds and nine assists against Glenville State's run-and-gun style. The junior point guard set career-highs in points and rebounds. She tied her career-high in assists, previously set against Ursuline on November 21, 2012.
