Bujdos led the Gannon women's cross country team to a second-place finish out of five teams at the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational last Saturday. The junior finished second out of 35 runners with a 5K time of 19 minutes and 41.3 seconds, placing less than three seconds behind the individual champion and 10 seconds ahead of the next fastest runner. In the process, she recorded her highest place finish during a 5k race this season. Bujdos has placed among the top two at the last three Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational, winning the previous two. The Lady Knights have placed second at back-to-back Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitationals and recorded top-15 finishes in all five events this season.
