Kren averaged 3.62 kills, 3.31 digs and 0.46 blocks per set during three road matches for the Gannon volleyball team last week at Mercyhurst, Clarion and Indiana (Pa.). The sophomore outside hitter recorded double-doubles during all three matches, extending her streak of consecutive double-doubles to four. Overall, she has eight doubles-doubles in 15 matches this season. Kren began the week with 18 kills, three blocks and a .222 hitting percentage at Mercyhurst. Defensively, she recorded a season-high 19 digs against the Lakers. The Waukesha, Wis., native followed with another 18 kills and 13 digs at first-place Clarion. Her 18 kills against Mercyhurst and Clarion fell one shy of her season-high. Kren concluded the week with a .375 hitting percentage at Indiana (Pa.), killing 11 out of 24 attempts with only two errors. She added 11 digs against the Crimson Hawks. Kren also produced a .979 reception percentage during last week's three matches, making only one reception error in 48 opportunities. She leads Gannon in kills (169) and kills per set (3.60) through 16 matches this season.
