Nimrod helped the Gannon men's water polo team sweep a pair of Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Southern Division, Western Region matches last Saturday against Monmouth (22-14) and Notre Dame (Ohio) (16-11). Both matches were played at Penn State Behrend's Junker Center. The victories helped Gannon finished the regular season third out of seven teams in the region. Nimrod recorded seven goals, including five during an eight-goal win against Monmouth. The senior added two more scores against Notre Dame, avenging a loss to the Falcons a week earlier at the CWPA Division II Championships. Nimrod is Gannon's third-leading scorer this season with 30 goals. He is also among the team's leaders in assists and steals.
