Wendel recorded 85 assists during a pair of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) women's volleyball contests last weekend at Edinboro and Slippery Rock. The junior setter averaged 9.44 assists and one kill during nine sets. She added two service aces, eight digs and four block assists while producing a .389 hitting percentage. Wendel recorded 38 assists during Gannon's five-set loss at Edinboro last Friday, representing her third-highest total this season. She posted a season-high 47 assists along with six kills and seven digs during the Lady Knights' 3-1 win at Slippery Rock last Saturday.
