Caliste helped Gannon remain one of only two Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division teams undefeated in divisional play with a 45-25 victory at previously-undefeated Clarion last Saturday. The junior produced 249 all-purpose yards, representing the sixth-highest single-game total in school history. Among those yards was a school-record 90-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second quarter. Along with being the longest punt return in school history, it gave him sole possession of the school record for career punt returns for a touchdown with four. Caliste previously shared the honor with Steve Trejchel (1989-90). The Roseville, Calif., native hauled in nine aerials for 112 yards as a wide receiver. As a result, he tied teammate Abraham Ocasio for second place all-time at Gannon with five 100-yard receiving games. Caliste moved into third place in school history with 3,492 career all-purpose yards. He ranks sixth all-time at Gannon in career receptions (96) and seventh in career receiving yards (1,107). Gannon has broken the school’s record for most points through the first four games of a season with 160.
