Cameron Zbrzeznj led the Gannon men’s golf team to a second-place finish at its own spring invitational last weekend at the Peek’n Peak Golf Resort Upper Course. He concluded the event as Gannon's best overall golfer, placing fourth out of 52 golfers with a 149. The freshman ended the first round in a tie for third place with an opening-round score of 74, before firing a 75 during Monday's final 18 holes. Zbrzeznj ended the 2012-13 regular season with Gannon’s best scoring figures, averaging 76.0 strokes through 21.5 rounds. He placed among the top 20 during 10 of 11 events, including six top-10 finishes and three top-five placements.
