Blazek led the Gannon men's basketball team to an important 75-63 victory against Slippery Rock last Wednesday, clinching the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division's second seed. As a result, the Golden Knights received a first-round bye and will host a conference quarterfinal game. Blazek led all scorers on both teams with a season-high 25 points and narrowly missed his first career double-double with a career-high nine rebounds. The sophomore guard also had four assists and two steals while scoring eight more points than his previous season-high.
