Lydic led the Gannon women's swimming team to a 220-52 victory against crosstown rival Penn State Behrend, improving to 6-5 in dual meets this season. The true freshman was a quadruple-winner, opening and ending the meet by helping relay teams post victories. Her relay teams opened the night with a win in the 400-yard medley relay (4:10.10) and ended the event with a victory in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:40.80). Lydic swam the last leg of the 200-yard freestyle relay in 24.50 seconds. She won a pair of individual events with PSAC-qualifiying times in the 200-yard freestyle (2:01.28) and the 100-yard freestyle (53.93). Lydic was part of a night when Gannon won 14 of 16 events. She has recorded seven individual titles and 11 PSAC-qualifying times during seven meets this season. Lydic has also helped relay teams win seven titles.
