Richardson led all rushers during Gannon’s first football game against a PSAC opponent since 2003, rushing for at least 138 yards for the second consecutive game to begin the season. The junior tailback rushed for 138 yards on 25 carries (5.5 yards per carry) despite not playing the fourth quarter. He moved into Gannon’s all-time top 10 with 1,216 career rushing yards, needing three yards to move into ninth place.
